Do you one day dream of owning your own home?
Buying a home is hard. We aim to make it easier, quicker, and less stressful.
Dear future homeowner,
We get it.
Buying a house isn't easy. In fact, it's actually pretty difficult.
You're expected to know the entire homebuying process, save up a deposit, get your credit score in line, sort your mortgage, arrange your solicitors, negotiate offers...wow I'm out of breath...anyway, you get the idea.
Friends and family can be a good go-to for some basic info, however, this advice can be slightly outdated if the last time they bought a house was 22 years ago for the same price as a small hatchback.
The point I'm making is the market changes all the time, so having a clear plan of action is so important.
There are LOADS of first-time buyer guides out there. In fact - I've read quite a few of them myself!
The problem? They aren't about YOU.
Apparently, every first-time buyer is exactly the same. The same mortgage, the same deposit, the same scheme, the same location. Well...they're not.
You're unique. We believe your homebuying journey should be unique too.
That's why we developed the Homebuyer's Plan, because it's all about you.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
It begins with taking basic details about your current situation such as income, outgoings, credit history and your future goals.
We will then provide a personalised 3 part plan to help with your homebuying journey. The best bit? It's reviewed by a qualified mortgage broker before you receive it.
Here's how we break it down:
The getting started guide provides huge amounts of information needed to build your home-buying knowledge.

WHAT MAKES THE PLAN UNIQUE?
That's a great question! Let us show you...
Unlike other guides, the plan isn't an instantly downloadable document. It actually takes us serious man/woman hours to build depending on your circumstances.
For a start, we'll provide savings tips based on a pre-completed budget planner. This will highlight any areas where you may be overspending.
We'll then look at your credit report and identify any potential problems.
We will also provide various tips on how you can improve your score prior to buying.
Y'know what else is pretty unique? The area you actually want to live in!
That's why we research your local area so you know exactly what size deposit and mortgage you'll need to aim for.
We'll also provide a personalised affordability check to see how much you'll be able to borrow*. Whether you're buying normally or using a government scheme - we've got you covered.
*This is purely for guidance purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
The journal has helped hundreds of new buyers, so we've included a free digital copy of the journal to use alongside your plan.
This journal was created to help guide you through the homebuying process, from saving your deposit to collecting your keys.
In this section, we'll lay out the main stages of the homebuying process. To make it easier, we've included areas where you can check off these stages as they are completed.
Use the budget planner to work out how much you'll be able to save each month. It's also a good way to work out how much you'll be able to afford when looking at properties.
Here you'll find helpful deposit trackers to be updated every time you put money away towards your deposit.
There are various costs involved when buying your first home. In this section, we have provided some of the more common costs to expect.
The exciting bit! Now you're ready to start viewing properties! Here you'll find your Viewing Log section, where you can track when viewings are booked and narrow down your favourite properties. You can also keep track of offers you've made with the Offer Log to strategically plan your negotiation.
